Codenzia was founded in Amman on a simple belief — that great software requires great craftspeople, not generic resources.
We are small enough to care about every detail, and experienced enough to handle programs of any size.
Since then we have grown into a regional leader in custom software, cloud, cybersecurity, design, and technology training — shipping for founders, enterprises, and governments across MENA, GCC, and Europe.

Codenzia is led by Mohammad El-Haj, a technology and engineering leader with 25+ years building and scaling engineering organizations across global enterprises and fast-growing startups.
He spent nearly a decade at Microsoft across several Windows and Office product teams — including Windows Live Messenger, which served 300M+ users worldwide, and Skype for Business (Office Communicator). He went on to senior engineering leadership at Careem, Shahid (MBC Group), and Pure Storage — where he founded and grew the company's Bellevue, WA engineering office — shipping products used by millions across ride-hailing, streaming, healthcare, and enterprise software, most recently as CTO of a Canada-based healthcare technology company.
